Mechanical Supervisor (Gas - Small Works)

A well-established MEP contractor, based in the Manchester area are looking for an ambitious Mechanical Supervisor; for their aftercare division.

Responsibilities
andbull; Supervising the entire project from end-to-end (General Chargehand type duties)
andbull; Liaising with all internal/external stake holders ensuring the smooth running of the projects.
andbull; Retrieving quotes and competitive process from suppliers and sub-contractors
andbull; Take offs from Drawings Interpretation of specification/Drawings to project needs
andbull; Technical Liaison and review with externals (clients, suppliers, sub-contractors)
andbull; Attending meetings and site visits as/when required
andbull; Willing to develop your role and advance your responsibilities further, for which you will be rewarded accordingly.

Experience Required
andbull; Good technical knowledge on full mechanical services (Gas systems, public health, hot and cold water services etc)
andbull; Find it easy to build strong working relationships internally/externally
andbull; Must have ACS gas qualification (essential)
andbull; Previous experience working on commercial projects worth andpound;10,000 to andpound;300,000
andbull; Ability to run 4-5 projects simultaneously
andbull; Able to use Microsoft packages and read/interpret drawings
andbull; SSSTS/SMSTS would be advantageous.

Package
andbull; Salary negotiable depending on experience (circa andpound;40,000 - andpound;45,000)
andbull; Rewarding bonus structure based on GP
