Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the entire Change and Release Management life cycle, from initial request through to deployment review. Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring rigorous assessment and approval of all changes. Apply excellent governance expertise to enforce process standards, reduce risk, and maintain system stability. Independently lead and manage all release schedules and deployment activities. Confidently suggest and present improvements to the current Change and Release framework to senior stakeholders, driving adoption of best practices.
