A warm and inclusive primary school in Iver is seeking caring and proactive individuals to join their team as SEN Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your care experience into a school setting, supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a meaningful impact in their lives.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional needs
• Assisting with classroom activities and tailoring learning to meet individual needs
• Supporting children with EHCPs to access the curriculum effectively
• Encouraging emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive behaviour
• Assisting with personal care needs when required, always upholding dignity and respect
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to provide holistic support

This Role is Perfect for Healthcare Assistants Who:

• Have experience supporting individuals with additional needs in care, residential, or clinical settings
• Are empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping children thrive
• Are interested in transitioning into education and gaining school-based experience
• Are eager to learn and grow through training and mentoring
• Are comfortable providing personal care and emotional support when needed
