As a Support Worker, you''ll empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and mental health needs to lead fulfilling lives. What You''ll Do - Deliver person-centred support in daily living activities- Encourage independence and promote wellbeing- Support individuals with appointments, hobbies, and community outings- Maintain accurate records and follow personalised care plans Shift Patterns This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with shifts available between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
