Strong knowledge of Oracle reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics, SCM Analytics, and ERP Analytics, Fusion Data Intelligence. Previous experience with SQL and PL/SQL. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, including offshore and onshore resources. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience conducting workshops and managing stakeholder expectations. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
