You will support the development and implementation of effective service charge management systems in addition to providing support to your colleagues on rent and service charge issues. In addition to knowledge and experience of rent and service charge processes for various tenures, our ideal candidate will have: Ability to analyse, understand and process sets of data, seeking out improvements and understanding outliers.
