This key leadership role involves driving supply chain excellence, fostering retailer partnerships, and supporting international expansion initiatives.What You''ll Do
Lead cross-functional supply chain operations to enable growth and deliver exceptional service to consumers and retail partners.Develop and maintain integrated retailer partnerships to meet operational metrics (product availability, service, cost).Manage monthly order and shipment plans to achieve revenue targets, addressing risks and opportunities proactively.Streamline processes across channels to eliminate inefficiencies and improve service levels.Enhance order management tools, technologies, and reporting in collaboration with global teams and retailers.Support demand planning and commercial teams with forecasting and new product launches.Drive operational initiatives across markets and channels, including international market entry readiness.What You''ll Bring
Proven leadership in supply chain, order management, logistics, and demand planning within organizations known for excellence.Experience leading in matrix organizations and building external partnerships.Expertise in SandOP/IBP processes and end-to-end supply chain management.Strong analytical skills to leverage KPIs for process improvements.Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Results-oriented with a hands-on, adaptable approach.Our Culture and Offerings
