Your MissionAs our UK Sales Head, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion in the UK market. You’ll build and lead a high-performing local sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver compelling demos that showcase the power of Ninox-Lowcode-Platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution, growth, and customer success.What You’ll DoBuild, lead, and scale a top-tier UK Sales team with a strong performance cultureDeliver engaging product demos with a solid technical understanding of business applicationsPosition Ninox to executive-level decision-makers, with a focus on MidMarket and Enterprise clientsDrive new business with a hunter mentality and leverage your extensive UK networkRecruit, onboard, and manage high-potential partners and system integratorsCollaborate closely with International Marketing to plan and execute demand generation activitiesSet, track, and exceed KPIs and sales targets with a hands-on approachFoster long-term customer relationships, upsell opportunities, and retention strategiesRequirements
