Are you passionate about supporting children''s learning and development£ Supply Desk is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive team in Bletchley, starting September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support across all key stages.
- Collaborate with teachers to deliver personalised learning strategies.
- Offer one-on-one support to students with additional educational needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of dynamic lessons and activities.
- Track student progress, providing constructive feedback and assistance as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience as an HLTA or in a similar educational role is desirable.
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for supporting student development and success.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with effective time management abilities.
- Flexible, proactive, and a strong team collaborator.
