Thrive Personnel are recruiting for a Goods In & Out Operative (FLT Counterbalance & Reach – in-house or accredited licences accepted) to join our client based in the Bradford (BD4) area.

Role Overview:
This role focuses on goods in and goods out operations within a busy distribution environment. You’ll be responsible for booking in deliveries, dispatching goods, and ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently using both Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks. Refresher training can be provided if your licences are in-house or out-of-date.

Pay Information:

• £13.04 per hour basic rate (increasing soon – awaiting new rates approval)
• £19.56 per hour overtime rate (increasing soon – awaiting new rates approval; overtime applies after 40 hours/week)

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year FLT experience preferred
• FLT Counterbalance & Reach licences (accredited or in-house/out-of-date accepted; refresher training provided)
• Previous goods in/out or warehouse experience
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full weekday schedule

Duties Include:

• Booking in deliveries and checking goods received
• Preparing and dispatching outbound orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks safely
• Maintaining accurate goods in/out records
• Supporting a clean and safe warehouse environment
