Onboarding Project Manager

OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE The Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for leading the seamless transition of new clients and sites into operational service. This role ensures that all technical, commercial, and administrative onboarding activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with contractual obligations. Acting as the central coordinator,the Onboarding Project Manager drives cross-functional collaboration, mitigates risks, and delivers a positive client experience from contract signature to go-live. PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Client Onboarding Management Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and sites. Develop tailored onboarding plans. Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, and third-party suppliers. Project Coordination Coordinate technical, commercial, and operational setup activities. Ensure timely installation and commissioning. Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks and delays. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with clients. Collaborate with engineering, billing, legal, and customer service teams. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Documentation and Compliance Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and site records.
