Finance Assistant
Our client, a growing firm in the professional services sector is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their Oxford-based Finance team, supporting the day-to-day finance operations.This is a rare opportunity to work for a forward thinking organisation. This role is a hybrid working role.Your key responsibilities include:Maintaining an accurate purchase ledgerProcessing purchase invoices, credit notes, expenses, and credit card statementsReconciling supplier statements and resolving queriesPreparing supplier payment runs and remittancesPosting disbursements to the WIP ledgerPerforming bank reconciliationsSupporting accurate financial records and documented processesAbout you:You will have worked in a similar role in a finance or transactional role (e.g. accounts payable/receivable, finance assistant)Exposure to month-end processes and reconciliationsExperience in a professional services environment desirableStrong attention to detail and numerical accuracyGood working knowledge of ExcelExperience with finance systems (e.g. Sage, Xero) would be of great benefit For an opportunity to join a people centric fast growing business, apply today.
