Provide delivery and lead time information. Ensuring plans meet the requirements of the customer and are planned without errors. What you will be doing Onboarding of new employeesAssisting with recruitmentMaintaining Employee recordsCarrying out Right to Work checksIssuing and maintenance of HR documentation including company contracts and job descriptionsUpdating the Employee handbookSetting up HR policies and initiativesKeep up to date with current legislation and take any necessary actionProviding HR advice and support to managersAssist in any disciplinary mattersMonitor sicknessMaintaining holiday recordsSupport managers in implementing change, eg Organisational structureMonthly payroll cycle What experience will you need Experience of working in HR and ability to manage all areas of HRExperience of running payroll and liaising with HMRCCIPD Level 4 desirableOrganisational skillsExperience of industrial placements and use of agencies for temporary staffUse of Office, Word, excel If you would like to apply
