Essential Criteria !

• Experience working in a care or support setting in the UK !

• Females only needed for sleep ins and working nights !

• Valid training in Moving and Handling and Buccal Midazolam

• Understanding of person-centred care and support for people with physical disabilities, epilepsy, and complex needs.

• Ability to remain calm in emergency or high-pressure situations.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Enhanced DBS check

• Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins as required.
