With their comprehensive in-house expertise, they can offer consultation and detailed design through to installation, commissioning and ongoing service and maintenance of MandE products and services.Due to continued growth our client are on the lookout for an Electrician with the FGAS qualification to cover the East Midlands.JOB PURPOSEComplete planned maintenance to a high standard to ensure the equipment installed continues to operate when required, minimises breakdown, down-time, is safe to operate and that any safety critical items are fully operational You will need to have up to date clear and concise maintenance recordsComplete emergency reactive calls that are logged, to a high standard in order to achieve our clients 95% first time fix aspirations.Complete site surveys as and when requested by the client.Act as a company representative to ensure beliefs and standards are adhered toKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollection and fitting of parts as directed by the Senior Managing Engineer / Operations Manager.Diagnosing and fixing HVAC/MandE equipment breakdowns.Planned HVAC/MandE PPM sCarrying out HVAC/MandE calls as allocated by Service Control.Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way.Updating client reporting sys
