We are on looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton, NN7, with immediate start.
This is a temp-to-perm role, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse skills who is looking for long-term, stable employment.

££ Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00
££ Pay Rate: £12.52/hour, with paid breaks.

Overtime available midweek and one Saturday per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking, loading, and unloading goods using RF scanners
- Operating dock-level bay doors
- Communicating effectively with delivery drivers
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Certification in Reach Truck, Counterbalance and T20
- Strong communication skills and a good level of English
- A professional, reliable, and hard-working attitude
