Your responsibilities will include:General Portering Duties:- Move furniture, manage deliveries, and handle laundry with care.Cleaning Responsibilities:- Maintain grounds and car park areas.- Perform high-level cleaning, carpet shampooing, and wall cleaning.- Strip and seal floor surfaces using various equipment.- Replenish supplies in restrooms and kitchens.Basic Maintenance Tasks:- Replace light bulbs, fix curtain rails, and mount shelves.- Handle minor repairs and redecorating projects.- Ensure equipment is in safe working order and report any faults.Health and Safety Compliance:- Promote a safe working environment by following health and safety policies.- Conduct basic recording and checking functions, including fire alarm tests and safety checks.Team Support:- Provide cover for colleagues
