The Talent and Development Manager role is a newly created position and offers the opportunity to shape and drive the learning and talent development strategy across the UK operation.What will the Talent and Development Manager role involve? As the Talent and Development Manager, you will design, implement and lead learning and development initiatives aligned with global and local strategies.Drive the development and delivery of training programmes, including onboarding, compliance, professional development and leadership pathways.Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct training needs analysis and develop a robust talent pipeline.Manage the full learning lifecycle, from planning and budgeting through to execution and post-training evaluation.Support succession planning and performance review processes to identify high-potential talent.Monitor LandD metrics and report on effectiveness and ROI of training initiatives.Liaise with global HR teams to align with international frameworks while tailoring to UK business needs.Champion a learning culture across the business, continuously seeking opportunities to enhan
