You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that partners with industry-leading organisations to help shape their strategy, enter new markets, and launch innovative products.We’re looking for someone who is not only analytically sharp but who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, get into the data, challenge assumptions, and build credible, compelling insights that drive real business decisions.What you’ll be doing:Leading the development of robust market sizing and forecasting modelsConducting desk and telephone research to identify key trends, players, and opportunitiesTranslating complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendationsProducing high-impact presentations and reports, supported by clear and visually engaging data visualsDeveloping and defending research findings to senior stakeholders and clientsDesigning and pricing project approaches for consultancy proposalsShaping market surveys and quantitative research toolsMaintaining and evolving our proprietary market databases and scenario modelsWho we’re looking for:A confident, commercially aware analyst with at least 2+ years’ experience in a similar roleA degree in a relevant field, with strong academic and analytical credentialsComfortable with Excel-based modelling and scenario planningArticulate, persuasive and structured in both written and verbal communicationAble to juggle multiple workstreams, collaborate across teams and thrive in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with industry frameworks (Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT etc.)Knowledge of the packaging and/or print industries is a bonus, but not essentialWhy join us?We believe in growing talent, and we invest in it.
