Senior Client Services Associate - London Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Senior Client Services Associate to be based in the London office. You will service clients across different market segments and/or regions with multiple countries and languages. 4 days a week required in office. PAYE/Umbrella options. * Serve as the main contact for day-to-day client inquiries and will manage different types of investigations including resolutions on specific products such as payment, trade or any other product/service issues.* Provide functional support to internal clients including data collection and preparing reports for AML/KYC compliance information on clients* You will also provide day to day servicing support to Relationship Management and maintain positive client experience to our existing and potential new clientsEssential:* Direct Client Facing Experience within Financial Services* Experience of correspondent banking* Understanding of payment/trade products and end to end payments life cycle.* Experience of discussing client digital solutions to clients* Experience of working in a global team* Client services/client engagement* AML/KYC knowledge helpful as well as asset servicingClick Apply now to be considered for the Senior Client Services Associate - London role
