The service prides itself on delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining a warm family atmosphere for both residents and staff.The home provides residential care for adults over the age of 60 with a range of support needs, including physical frailty, chronic health conditions, sensory impairments, and palliative care requirements. While not a nursing home, the service is committed to supporting residents with compassion and dignity, including end-of-life care where appropriate and agreed through best-interest planning.The RoleAs a Healthcare Assistant, you will work as part of a supportive care team delivering high standards of care and companionship to residents on a daily basis.Key responsibilities include:• Providing personal care and daily living support• Assisting residents with mobility and wellbeing• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and activities• Promoting dignity,
