Children Services Commissioning Manager in North West England

Three days a week temporary position on ongoing basis.

Recommissioning of the Careers Information Advice and Guidance Service and the recommission of the Children''s Speech and Language Therapy and Occupation Therapy services (joint with the local ICB).

Main competencies:

• Management consultancy
• Service and line management
• Interim management
• Project and programme management (PRINCE2 qualified, experienced MS Project, experienced PS PMA)
• Service review
• Extensive Local Government commissioning and procurement experience (Children''s, Adults and Public Health)
• Business change analysis
• Change management
• Strategy development
• Stakeholder management
• Partnership management
• Extensive drafting experience (service reports, delegated authority reports, EQIA, health and safety, risk management, consultations)
• Performance management
• Research, statistical analysis, monitoring and evaluation (experienced SPSS)
