This is a high-impact, delivery-focused role. You will shape and implement practical learning solutions that strengthen technical capability, ensure compliance, and support leadership and operational excellence. While not a strategic leadership post, you will play an important role in influencing workforce planning through insight, data and trusted business partnering. You will work closely with senior leaders, operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure learning activity is aligned to business priorities and regulatory requirements.
