But our journey has only just begun.We are looking for an ambitious and tenacious Field Sales Executive to cover region of Northwest England, North Wales and parts of the Midlands (TF, ST and DE postcodes).About The RoleReporting to the Field Sales Manager UK, this is a field-based position covering Northwest England, North Wales, and parts of the Midlands (TF, ST and DE postcodes).In this role, you will take ownership of how our brands NOCCO, Barebells, and Vitamin Well perform in your region. That means building and sustaining strong relationships with retail decision-makers, securing distribution, and ensuring our products are consistently visible, available, and executed to the highest commercial standard.This is a get-things-done job: build the relationships, nail the execution, and spot the opportunities that push the business forward.In Short Your Responsibilities Will BeRepresent our brands in Convenience and Grocery stores, ensuring visibility, availability, and strong execution.Build lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and key retail decision-makers.Drive sales and distribution, including flawless execution of new product launches.Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand regional presence.Share insights from the field to improve strategies and commercial outcomes.Support retail partners with product knowledge, promotions, and data-driven opportunities.What You Can ExpectDirect responsibility where your results show up in both sales numbers and market performance.The autonomy to own your region while being backed by a driven UK Sales team.A fast-paced environment where action beats talk and decisions turn into results.The opportunity to expand our presence in convenience and grocery, and know it was your work that made it happen.Who Are YouYou are ambitious, resilient and proactive.
