This is a critical role ensuring the safety and security of a monitored estate during night hours. You''ll be responsible for responding to alarm activations, supporting night shift colleagues, and maintaining accurate records.Key Responsibilities:* Monitor and respond to alarm activations across the SCC-monitored estate.* Provide operational support to night shift colleagues.* Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports.* Perform basic security activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring.* Escalate incidents in line with SCC protocols.* Liaise with emergency services and site contacts when required.* Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including first aid response.Essential Requirements:* Valid SIA Licence.* First Aid trained and confident in responding to medical incidents.* Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.* Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Comfortable using security systems and technology.Desirable Experience* Previous experience in a Security Control Room or Alarm Receiving C
