Overview

EU HR Operations Coordinator - 12 Month FTC (Italian Speaking) role at Dr. Martens plc. We are recruiting for an Italian-speaking EU HR Coordinator to join the HR Operations team on a 12 Month Fixed Term basis, providing high-quality support to the HR function and our employees. The role is suitable for someone who is organized and capable of prioritising a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

You will work closely within the team of HR Coordinators to provide support to our employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle for employees based in EMEA.You will be responsible for administration related to the employee lifecycle in line with country legislation (e.g., joiners, movers, leavers, family leave and HR induction).You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, liaising with the wider HR/Payroll Team.You will ensure the full employee lifecycle documentation (Starters/Leavers/Changes) is processed in line with country legislation.You will draft correspondence related to offer letters, contracts, leavers letters, etc.Sickness administration for in-country teams, ensuring relevant authorities are notified and documentation filed accordingly.Support with in-country benefits administration (e.g., meal vouchers, travel cards).Maintain up-to-date electronic and paper employee records, cleansing data and archiving as required in accordance with local legislation.Collaborate with in-country leads and payroll to provide a joined-up Operations experience for all employees.Provide any other ad hoc support and administration for the HR team as required.What sets you apart

Must have fluency in both English and Italian (speaking and writing).Experience in an administrative role.Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Ability to prioritise workload with a methodical approach.Strong customer service focus with exceptional attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to build positive working relationships within the HR team and across departments to ensure HR is approachable, responsive, and reliable.Familiarity with HR and Payroll systems such as Dayforce.What’s in it for you?
