This role at Murrayfield Stadium, our largest Flagship site within our Stadia division. TME Elior is the contract caterer for fans and guests for matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets and are experts in adapting to our client''s needs. What you''ll be doing...

As a Matchday Supervisor or Manger you will be supervising or managing a large, fast-paced, high-energy suite or bar, ensuring the guests have an exceptional experience and your staff work efficiently, safely and professionally,Managing service in a large suites with a large team of FOH staffInteracting with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner to ensure they have a memorable experienceEfficiently manage delivery of various stages of the event in a timely fashionChecking the set-up and managing the cleardown of your suiteEnsuring all COSHH, Food Safety, and Health and Safety are implemented by yourself and your teamWhat can you bring?Enthusiastic, professional and approachable personalityStrong ability to manage a large team of staff efficientlyExceptional client/guest interaction and managementProfessional appearance and attitudeAdherence to the highest standard of servicePrevious experience of large-scale corporate hospitality is essentialReliabilityWe actively encourage enthusiastic and motivated colleagues with correct attitude and manner looking to progress and gain more experience as Supervisors (extensive previous experience as FOH Hospitality Assistant is required)
