The Head of Corporate Governance will work mostly remotely and will act as an advisor to the Board of Directors as well as ensure that my client complies with laws, regulations and best practices.Main Duties of the Head of Corporate Governance: Ensure good information flows to the Board of Directors and its committees and between senior management, non-executive directors. Support and ensure governance arrangements are formally reviewed and up to date.
