I''m working with an award-winning Nuclear solutions business based in Bristol that is currently recruiting for 12x Mechanical Engineers broken down as follows:6x Senior Mechanical Engineer - 48,000 to 61,5006x Principal Mechanical Engineer - 61,500 to 80,000You''d be working on projects in the Defence sector such as:Submarine decommissioning project - supporting the MoD in the development of a submarine decommissioning demonstrator at RosythNuclear Technical Support Provider (NTSP) framework - supporting the MoD on a Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) framework to provide them with specialist nuclear technical servicesThe main skills/experience required for these roles are:Prior experience in Mechanical Engineering (ESSENTIAL)Experienced in mechanical/manual handling (ESSENTIAL)Nuclear and/or Defence sector experience (NICE TO HAVE)Experienced in using Autodesk Inventor (NICE TO HAVE)Has a Mechanical Engineering Degree: BEng or MEng (NICE TO HAVE)Chartered Engineer: CEng (NICE TO HAVE)These roles are a great opportunity for experienced Mechanical Engineers that are looking to step into a bigger role and would like to work on nuclear projects in the defence sector.All roles are hybrid-working of 3x days per week on-site and you must be eligible for SC Clearance to be considered for these positions.
