Japanese speaking IT Support Engineer
A Japanese IT company is currently recruiting a Japanese speaking IT Support Engineer to join their infrastructure support team in London.In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users,ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining a high level ofcustomer satisfaction.The role will suit someone who has +3 years of IT engineer experience.There may be opportunities for business travel within London, and to other overseas locations. -Eligible applicants: - (O) Eligible visa: Permanent residence, Spouse, Partner, YMS, Graduate - (X) NOT eligible: Student visa, Requiring visa sponsorshipWork type: Hybrid working e (2 days in office, 3 days remote; onsite visits as required)Visa support: Visa support may be considered depending on experience -TYPE: Permanent, full-timeWORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday( A shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. required for specific clients)SALARY: £28-33k, depending on experience START: ASAPLOCATION: LondonIT Helpdesk Engineer - Main Responsibilities:• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network-related issues• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems following standard procedures• Escalate unresolved issues to second- or third-level support teams• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accuratelyIT Helpdesk Engineer - Ideal Candidate:• At least 3 years of IT engineer exp
