Managing international shipping, freight bookings, and documentation. Processing orders and invoices using internal systems and SAGE200. Overseeing order loading and logistics tracking. Ensuring accurate document delivery in line with payment terms. Supporting quality assurance and trade event logistics. About You; Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus). Supervisory experience would be an immediate advantage Strong organisation and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAGE200 ideal). Awareness of cultural sensitivities in international trade. Previous experience in export, shipping, or logistics preferred. Knowledge of export compliance and documentation.
