HRIS Reporting Manager£50,000-£58,000 + bonusCheshire EastHybrid workingWe''re partnering with a leading UK organisation to recruit an HRIS andamp; Reporting Manager to support the ongoing development, optimisation and governance of their HR systems.Working closely with the HR Systems andamp; Pensions Manager and HRIS Analysts, you''ll ensure effective use of the Dayforce platform across Core HR, WFM, LMS, ATS and Onboarding. You''ll drive continuous improvement, manage bi-annual Dayforce releases, ensure data accuracy, and deliver high-quality reporting and dashboards to support business decision-making.You''ll also lead CSR reporting for group submission, ensuring compliance, consistency and timelydelivery.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day support and configuration of the Dayforce systemLead, develop and support HRIS AnalystsManage system releases, testing and user communicationsProduce insightful reports and dashboards for HR and the wider businessOwn statutory and CSR reporting processesWork closely with HR, Payroll and Recruitment teams to optimise system useAbout YouStrong HR systems experience, ideally with DayforceConfident working with complex data and reportingAdvanced Excel skills; Power BI/XML desirableExperience leading or developing teamsHighly organised, detail-focused and stakeholder-drivenWhat''s On OfferSalary c. £50,000-£58,000 + bonusFlexible/hybrid working25 days holiday (with option to buy more)Free meals while workingPrivate MedicalWellbeing support, pensi
