Overview

Delivery Manager role for a Digital Agency client in the healthcare/pharma sector. Working arrangement: hybrid; office attendance 1-2 times per month. Candidates must live within 2 hours of Brighton. Salary: £63,000-£73,000 depending on experience. Interview process: 2 stages.Responsibilities

Manage and support a team of PMs, Scrum Masters, and contractors, providing immediate line management and training.Oversee a portfolio of health and pharma projects, including hands-on delivery, resource planning/management, team leadership, and broader strategy work with the senior leadership team (SLT).Collaborate with the agency client to drive the successful delivery of national and multinational projects.Qualifications
