You will be carrying out repairs at customer locations and partner sites, repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications using the latest equipment, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. Key Responsibilities of a Mobile MET Technician / Mobile MET Strip Fitter / Mobile Car Fitter / Mobile Strip and Fit Technician: Travel to different site locations to cover holiday, sickness and absenceWork efficiently in a fast-paced mobile repair environmentFollow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with manufacturer specifications and customer satisfactionConduct detailed inspections to diagnose mechanical and electrical issuesRepair or replace damaged mechanical, electrical, and trim componentsDisassemble and reassemble vehicle parts as requiredUse diagnostic equipment to identify and rectify faults within vehicle systemsCarry out vehicle assessments and report additional damage where necessaryPerform quality checks to ensure repairs meet industry standardsCollaborate with colleagues, estimators, and management to ensure an efficient workflowMaintain accurate records of all work completed
