Are you passionate about supporting children with physical disabilities£ Do you have the patience, kindness and dedication to help a child with cerebral palsy flourish in school£

We are looking for a caring and reliable Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with cerebral palsy in a mainstream school in Watford. This is a full-time role starting September 2025.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing:

• Providing one-to-one support throughout the school day
• Assisting with mobility, personal care and adapting learning materials
• Supporting the childandrsquo;s independence and confidence
• Working closely with teachers, therapists and family to follow the childandrsquo;s individual plan
• Helping create a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Weandrsquo;d love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience or a strong interest in supporting children with physical disabilities (experience welcomed but not essential)
• Are patient, empathetic and committed to making a difference
• Communicate well and work well as part of a team
• Are keen to learn and follow care and education plans
