Provide technical support leadership for production teams.Provide documentation and hands-on support for safety, manufacturing, quality methods, tooling, and equipment.Propose, initiate, and validate process improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, and improve quality.Lead design transfers and implement new products into production and design changes.Support product label design, creation and implementation.Supervise ETL/NRTL factory inspections (Intertek, Nemko, SCA, Curtis Strauss)Production KPI follow-up and statistics, incl. Production yieldDegree in Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience.Solid knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and software.Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM).Familiarity with medical device standards (ISO 13485, IEC 60601, MDR) is a plus.You’re a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of your work. You’re analytical, structured, and thrive in cross-functional teams.
