The Role As a Production Shift Team Leader, reporting to the Production Coordinator, the role involves safely and efficiently operating the plant, managing staff, overseeing out-of-hours site operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and market regulations. Key Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the safe, real-time operation of the plant during your shift Lead and manage a Shift Technician, guiding performance, ensuring compliance, and coordinating operations Communicating with Trading and NESO to ensure the site meets its obligations in the Electricity Market and meets its statutory obligations in accordance with REMIT.
