The role combines case management, health surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives, providing professional guidance to both employees and managers.Key Responsibilities Manage and triage OH referrals, including health surveillance escalations. Provide advice on attendance, fitness for work, and occupational health matters. Assist with pre-placement questionnaires and deliver travel health guidance where required. Support proactive wellbeing initiatives, educating employees and managers. Offer guidance on relevant legislation and best practice in occupational health.
