The Operations Manager role has been introduced to secure greater accountability and to ensure that teams deliver high quality programmes ensuring the young people get swift and personalised interventions to secure sustainable outcomes. The post holder will work with a range of education providers such as schools, FE colleges, training providers and community organisations. The Operations Manager will work diligently to create opportunities that add value and enhance the current Post 16 provision in a range of settings and ensure that all elements of the programmes are compliant and in place to include work experience, placements, apprenticeships etc. A key focus of this role is to work in partnership with external employers and providers and develop further the teams outreach capabilities.This post holder will hold a small case load of hard-to-reach NEET young people. This will be full time office-based role.In line with Post 16 Education aims and in consultation with education providers, design and manage (deliver if appropriate) programmes, taster sessions and curriculum-based activities that maximises outcomes for Post 16 learners with a diverse range of learning needs.To work with the Programme Manager to develop and manage training opportunities or employment outcomes with further education providers, peer organisations and community partners.Manage and deliver projects through to completion using programme plans, produce termly reports on progress and milestones.To lin
