A logistics company is seeking a strategic technology leader with deep expertise in enterprise architecture to lead and govern an organisation-wide technology landscape that supports agility, innovation, and long-term business success.

About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position that operates at the intersection of technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will define and govern the architectural vision, oversee current-state systems, and enable a scalable, secure, and future-ready technology environment. You will lead a small team focused on operational systems and architecture governance, while playing a pivotal role in cross-functional planning, delivery assurance, and enterprise-wide technology alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Technology and Architecture Leadership

Define and own the

enterprise architecture vision , ensuring alignment with business goals and future scalability.

Serve as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps.

Stakeholder Management and Business Alignment

Partner with executive and functional leaders to understand business objectives and ensure technology investments deliver measurable outcomes.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, influencing priorities and enabling innovation.

Govern architecture across application, data, infrastructure, integration, and security domains.

Lead architectural oversight, including design reviews and solution assurance across key initiatives.

Ensure compliance with architecture principles, security policies, and regulatory frameworks.

Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with technology strategy and value delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on

enterprise architecture and systems integration .

Strong track record of aligning complex technology landscapes with evolving business strategies.

Deep expertise in

integration architecture , cloud platforms, and modern enterprise systems.

Proven ability to influence at the executive level and translate technical strategy into business value.

Familiarity with

enterprise architecture frameworks

and architecture modelling tools.

Comfortable driving IT governance, vendor management, and risk oversight in complex or regulated environments.
