Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business based in the Henfield area. The Accounts Assistant role is a temporary job to start ASAP. The Accounts Assistant will be supporting the accounts department with accounts payable invoices, sales ledger queries etc.Location: Henfield, office based, parking onsite(own transport needed due to rural location)Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon-FriDuration: 1-3 months Pay rate: 12.50-12.80 per hour + holsAccounts Assistant duties:Supporting the credit controller when neededProcessing payments and invoicesMatching invoices with the relevant POReconciliation of customer accounts Handling invoice and payment queriesSkills and experience:Proven experience working in an Accounts Assistant / Finance support roleExcellent IT skillsGood communication skills both verbally and written
