Starting salary between £24,414 and £28,152 (pro rata) per annum. 18.5 hours per week on a shift rota basis. Based at Alive Lynnsport, Kings Lynn.

We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Fitness Consultant to deliver personalised health and fitness advice, motivate group exercise classes and provide exceptional service across our leisure centres. You will be at the heart of our mission to inspire healthier lifestyles, build lasting member relationships, and drive sales through engaging outreach and proactive support.

You will have Level 2 Gym Instructor and RSA Exercise to music qualifications (or willingness to gain these), with a good knowledge of exercise physiology and human behaviour psychology. You will have strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Whether you are leading classes, conducting wellness consultations, or promoting memberships, you will thrive in an environment that values inclusivity, personal development, and community impact.
