Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with five operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Maintenance and Manufactured Joinery. We employ over 200 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. We are now looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join the organisation to work within the HSEQ Department. The role would require someone with construction or Quality Control experience in construction who fully understands the requirements of project specifications and how they are transferred into the inspection and testing of works during the build process. We believe this is an ideal role for Site Manager / Supervisors looking to change direction, Construction QC specialists or those currently carrying out Clerk of Works type roles. The role will require visits to all projects / offices to ensure that the QA/IMS process is effectively implemented. Role and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for Review the QA process and ensure that no gaps are found and that all documents link across the main construction phase processes; Engage with the supply chain, starting with high risk S/C, to explain and upskill them to understand our process; Engage with the Project teams to ensure that they understand their roles within the QA process; Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our requirements are fully understood; Review IT Processes with the IT Working Group t
