About the role of Senior Site Manager
As Senior Site Manager, you will oversee delivery on a major -85m education scheme based in Essex. You will be working alongside a strong site and commercial team, managing packages and ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards are achieved through to completion in late 2027.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and drive programme delivery
* Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard
* Work closely with commercial and design teams to keep the project on track
* Ensure all health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained

Requirements for Senior Site Manager
* Proven experience working with a Tier 1 contractor
* Strong track record delivering high-value school/education projects
* Tier 1 school project experience is essential
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality effectively
