You will conduct deep ethnographic and user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and challenges, translating insights into clear and actionable design direction.You will act as a subject matter expert, guiding team decisions, supporting collaboration across multiple workstreams, and solving complex design problems while balancing user needs with business, technical, and brand considerations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and apply human-centred design methodologies across discovery delivery.Conduct ethnographic research and advanced UX/user research to uncover insights.Synthesise findings into meaningful service concepts and recommendations.Facilitate workshops to gather insights, align stakeholders, and drive collaboration.Create user journey maps and service blueprints to visualise end-to-end experiences.Develop prototypes to test and iterate design concepts with users.Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, influencing decisions and ensuring design coherence.Stay up-to-date with industry best practice
