HR Business PartnerContract: 6 monthsLocation: London, hybrid with a potential for fully remote In this job, you will act as the main point of contact in a specific site/location for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. You will provide guidance on company policies, collaborate with leadership to improve employee satisfaction, and conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns. This role will utilize HR case data to assist in the identification of trends, recommending process improvements and training opportunities for leaders.
