We are seeking experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers / Operatives to join one of our client on road surfacing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and operate HGV Class 2 vehicles to transport materials and equipment to sites.
• Apply and assist in laying tarmac on roads and highways.
• Support road surfacing operations, including preparation and finishing works.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain health and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a road surfacing crew to complete projects safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience in tarmac laying, road surfacing, or highway maintenance.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
