Overview

Global Indirect Materials Manager - Multi-Site (UK and Europe). Our client are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement professional to drive savings and deliver real value across our operations in the UK, Austria, and the Netherlands.Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and supplier management for indirect categories (CAPEX, services, MRO, maintenance).Work closely with Operations to deliver measurable cost savings and ensure security of supply.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen procurement processes.Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts that balance cost, quality, and service.Support multiple sites across Europe, with regular travel as needed.Qualifications

Proven track record in indirect procurement with strong commercial negotiation skills.Experience working in a manufacturing or operations-led environment.Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable managing multi-site, cross-border procurement.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Fluent in English (German or Dutch a plus).This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering savings, driving efficiency, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
