Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, helping them manage challenging behavioursFoster a positive learning environment and promote emotional resilienceWork closely with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategiesSupport students in both academic and social developmentEncourage positive behaviour and develop strategies to reduce behavioural issuesWhat We''re Looking For

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or challenging behavioursStrong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationshipsA calm, patient, and resilient personalityA passion for making a positive impact on young livesRelevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training in behaviour managementWhat We Offer
