We are currently looking for Plumber Multi Trade in the Staines area, working for a well established Housing Association. This is a long term contract position, working on reactive repairs across occupied social housing properties.

As a Plumber Multi Trade, you will receive:

• -180 - -200 a day

• Carrying out reactive plumbing repairs in occupied properties
• Undertaking 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
• Fixing leaks and leak detection
• Installing bath panels, pipe work, taps
• General carpentry repairs, wall tilling, plastering and painting and decorating

• Core Trade in Plumbing
• Proven experience in Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling and Painting and decorating
• Full licence (no more than 6 points)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
